After several years of weekend trips to the Keys, he decided to move his family to Key Largo permanently. Carlos enjoys living the Florida Keys lifestyle, boating, and fishing with his children, Jonathan and Amanda.

As a licensed realtor since 1996, a former real estate appraiser, mortgage broker, and home inspector, Carlos has over 24 years of well-diversified experience in the real estate industry. Having personally flipped over 100 homes in his career, and formerly owning a construction company with a specialization in impact windows and doors, Carlos has handled almost all aspects of the residential home market.
